Constellation1 has acquired Midwest-based technology provider Virtual Properties.

Virtual Properties, a pioneer in real estate and MLS technologies, joins the Constellation1 brand bringing its offerings of integrated cloud software and turn-key solutions to the Constellation1 portfolio. Additions to the Constellation1 portfolio include robust transaction management, custom websites, a comprehensive CRM platform with intranet, IDX technology, and marketing automation solutions for real estate agents and brokerages.
