Product Release Series – July Honorable Mentions

The July product release was launched to Production on July 21^st and was filled with various updates to Constellation1 CRM, Constellation1 Websites and Constellation1 Documents, in addition to the release of the updated Constellation1 Relocation solution. Keep reading to learn more about the July Product Release honorable mentions.

1. Updated Manage Leads Page
   The new page will feature an updated grid view in a responsive design. The new view will feature:
   1. An easy to read interface
   2. Updated columns
   3. Adjusted grid view eliminating left/right scrolling
   4. New column showing lead follow up status from the mobile CRM

This is an important page in the Manage Leads section and it is currently available in staging to provide an extended review period. You can access the updated Manage Leads page by logging into your staging environment, as a company lead admin. This feature is scheduled to go live in the August release cycle.

2. Updated Meta Information on the Public Records Property Page
   To improve the SEO performance of listings on your website, we’ve updated and improved the meta information on the Public Records Property page to add key property information to the meta data.
   Examples of a few key data points include:
   • •  Title
       • {public-record-address}
     •  Description
       • {public-record-address}
       • {public-record-beds}
       • {public-record-baths}
       • {public-record-sqft}
       • {public-record-propertytype}

This update is made available to all using the public records property page. If you have additional questions, please contact your Account Manager.

3. New Package Added to Company Website Packages
   To give you more control and support you in managing the features and functionality available to your agents, we’ve added the ability to create or remove website packages in your Website Package List. In the updated layout, you’ll also see a new column showing the number of users associated to each package.

NOTE: A package cannot be deleted if there are any users associated to that package.

This feature is now enabled for admin users with “Can Administer Website Packages” enabled in their permissions. If you have additional questions, please contact your account manager.

4. Updated Login/Register Links on IDX Property Search Frames

For an improved user experience, we’ve recently updated the old Sign-Up/Login link on the IDX property search frames with the new Login or Register links.

The new links and underlying forms are responsive with a friendly, modern design. The new links will keep users within the framed IDX search for a seamless user experience. Upon submission, the user will be returned to the page from which they logged in.

5. Set Company as a Buyer or Seller in Contact Management

In the instance where a buyer or seller of a property is a company or investor group (entity), we’ve updated the Add Contact fields. You’ll now see a radio button for ‘Entity’. When selected, the first and last name fields will be replaced with ‘Entity Name’. The company information can then be entered as the contact.

6. Constellation1 Relocation (formerly ReloSpec 2.0) Now Available

Constellation1 Relocation has been updated with an improved user interface and new features, providing a more intuitive and efficient experience for users.

New and improved features include:

• • Lead tracking and follow up tasks
  • Simplified auto-email creation and tracking
  • Follow up reminders for calls, meetings and to-do’s
  • Two-way communication and lead management with agents on both sides of the transaction
  • Shareable document storage at the admin and referral levels
  • Track, view and search all emails and activities

Constellation1 Relocation is a relocation lead management solution. It helps you manage leads and clients who are relocating in and out of your service area by tapping into a network of agents and brokers to assist your clients with the sale of their current home, and the relocation process and purchase of their new home.
