Product Release Series - Constellation1 Showings (formerly quick!Office Commander)

We are excited to announce the below updates and enhancements as part of the product release on Monday, October 26th, to our Constellation1 Showings. These product updates will better serve you and your business needs.

The most recent enhancements include:

1. Constellation1 eSignature integration to streamline COVID-19 document signing. To ensure that you and your agents can capture the necessary information relating to COVID-19 protection, a new fully customizable template has been added to Virtual Office letters. The Buyers’ names can be recorded during the booking of an appointment or can be entered by the Showing Agents. You will receive a notification when the document has been signed via e-mail and you will be able to download and save signed documents.

2. Exclusive and Coming Soon listings can be viewed via Virtual Office link. The system allows users to filter listings by categories such as City, District and/or Price. Sales Associates can view the details and send a showing request to listing agents.

3. Integration with Mailgun system provides a more stable and reliable email system. This integration facilitates increased speed, better filters for “spam messaging” and contains no quota.
4. Import of listings from TRREB now includes Open Houses, Virtual Tours and Live Stream URLs, and the feed can be automated for daily update.
5. Fully automated showing confirmation process via e-mail or SMS.
