The air is getting crisper and the leaves have started to fall, and here at Constellation1, we are as busy as ever updating and enhancing our solutions for you! This new October product release was launched to Production on October 20. We have some handy new features to share with you this month, including an update to our CRM mobile app, a revamped eSignature solution, and improvements to our transaction management solution. We’re also thrilled to announce our new CRM Performance Dashboard is now live! Read on to learn how all these features work.

New CRM mobile app search feature

Our CRM mobile app is one of our most powerful tools for you and your agents, and we’ve just made it even better! Now, your agents can save searches and properties for their clients right from their phones. In a client record, tap either Save Search or Save Property, enter the search criteria or search for a specific property, name the search, set the notification benchmarks, and then tap Save.

By allowing agents to save searches for their customers, the app allows them to be more productive and provide more value-added service. All companies using our CRM mobile app will see this update automatically.

Our new Performance Dashboard is here!

In our honorable mentions last month, we announced that our Performance Dashboard was almost ready for release. We are thrilled to announce that this enhancement is now live for everyone using our Constellation1 CRM mobile app.

Performance Dashboard

When it comes to converting leads, the key is speed. The faster agents follow up with leads, the likelier they are to convert. In fact, if a prospect receives a follow-up within 60 seconds, that prospect is 391% likelier to convert. Our new Performance Dashboard draws on data from our Constellation1 CRM mobile app to give you an inside look at your agents’ follow-up response times and progress.

Once an agent is assigned a lead using the CRM mobile app, it tracks the following follow-up metrics:

  • How long before the agent accepts the lead
  • How long before the agent makes initial contact
  • Number of leads, sorted by buyer or seller
  • Appointments set with leads, sorted by buyer or seller
  • And more.

The app scores agents on these metrics and displays those scores in the dashboard. With these metrics, you will be able to get a comprehensive top-level overview of your lead pipeline, spot lead trends, identify your highest-performing agents, and quickly pinpoint unassigned or unactioned leads. It will also allow you to see which agents have poor follow-up times and may need more training or support.

At Constellation1, we know the value of good data and data-driven decision making. This enhancement allows you to harness your data to develop your team and convert more leads. All users with Company Lead Admin permissions who are already using the Constellation1 CRM mobile app will see this feature automatically. Give it a try or request a demo with your account manager.

eSignature rebooted

Every admin and agent knows that collecting signatures is a time-consuming process. It can take days to collect signatures on paper documents, wasting valuable time and energy. Given the new virtual reality of our workplaces, electronic signatures are more important than ever.

For the past several weeks, we have pulled out all the stops to improve and streamline our eSignature workflow and we’re happy to report that our new-and-improved version is ready!

Back office: Constellation1 Transactions

Document management

We’ve made updates to our Constellation1 Transactions platform to make accessing documents within a transaction easier and more efficient. Now when you click on the paperclip icon within a transaction, you will be taken to the document manager, where you have access to all document-related features, such as uploading and splitting documents, starting an eSignature session, emailing or printing documents, and more.

Thanks to this enhancement, you will be able to handle and manage your documents more efficiently.

File uploads

To accommodate larger file and document uploads, we’ve increased the maximum file upload size from 10 MB to 25 MB.

Mouse hover highlights

When navigating Constellation1 Transactions, visual feedback is helpful to know where your mouse is or what you’re clicking on. Now, when you hover over an item in a list in Transactions, the item will be highlighted. We’ve also added alternating colors to each line to make them easier to read.

Activity comments

In the past, when adding a comment to a specific transaction, the Comments window would close after clicking Submit. Now, the Activity Comments pane remains open until you close it, allowing you to add and save multiple comments in a single session.

Completed activities

To make it easier and faster to mark an activity complete, you can now double-click to add today’s date in the date field, rather than having to select it from the pop-up calendar. Those clicks definitely add up!

All Constellation1 Transactions users have access to these enhancements automatically. No action on your part is required.
