This past year, both Constellation1 the company and our former president, Andrew Binkley, were nominated for prestigious Inman awards. Andrew was also named a HousingWire insider this year. He has now gone on to be named president of Constellation Real Estate Group, and Constellation1 welcomed Brant Morwald to lead the organization as President.

Collaboration: the foundation of the real estate industry of the future
We are passionate collaboration evangelists: the industry is moving in a direction where all stakeholders will have to work together better to ensure our mutual success.
This year, we were proud to be the technology partner powering Nestfully, an innovative public data portal powered by the multiple listing service (MLS) that puts the same data the pros use at consumers fingertips, promoting a more open and transparent housing market for all.
It is collaboration like this between technology partners, MLSs, and consumers that makes us feel even more optimistic about the future of our industry.
What’s next? The future of real estate technology
None of us has a crystal ball, but we’re ready (and prepared!) for the unexpected and charting a path for the long course, as our colleague Tom Demos put it in his recent article about the coming year.
As with every year, this season is a great time to set goals for the next 12 months and beyond.
