The holidays are an opportune time to reflect on the past year and give thanks. They’re also a great time to look ahead to what the next year has in store. We have a lot of things to be thankful for at Constellation1, and we’d like to share a few of them with you!
When we say we couldn’t do it without our people, we really mean it. Constellation1 is powered by people, and they are truly what set us apart. Every person, at every level of the organization, is a star in our constellation, and when we all work together, we shine bright and lead the way.
It’s no wonder that when we ask our customers what they like so much about working with us, it isn’t just the top-notch products and services, it’s the people.

This past year, both Constellation1 the company and our former president, Andrew Binkley, were nominated for prestigious Inman awards. Andrew was also named a HousingWire insider this year. He has now gone on to be named president of Constellation Real Estate Group, and Constellation1 welcomed Brant Morwald to lead the organization as President.

This year, we were proud to be the technology partner powering Nestfully, an innovative public data portal powered by the multiple listing service (MLS) that puts the same data the pros use at consumers fingertips, promoting a more open and transparent housing market for all.
It is collaboration like this between technology partners, MLSs, and consumers that makes us feel even more optimistic about the future of our industry.
None of us has a crystal ball, but we’re ready (and prepared!) for the unexpected and charting a path for the long course, as our colleague Tom Demos put it in his recent article about the coming year.
As with every year, this season is a great time to set goals for the next 12 months and beyond.
