Webhooks: raising the bar for real estate data
Less than a year ago, Constellation1 was the first listing data services company to implement the Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) new webhooks standard, improving data delivery and availability across the industry. Webhooks allow for near real-time data updates, with no more polling lags, saving time and money and ensuring more accurate data.
Nestfully: revolutionizing real estate
In March, a consortium of multiple listing services (MLSs) launched Nestfully, a game-changing new public real estate portal driving collaboration, transparency, and equitable access to housing. Andrew played an integral role in bringing Constellation1 to support this initiative by providing the technology services that power Nestfully’s property search, showing scheduler, and agent and consumer communications tools.
Enterprise Insights: new commissions data for mega brokers
